The five hotels owned by Hogano GmbH are part of the Krüger Group, which also includes two mechanical engineering companies and several real estate properties. We are a family-owned business in which three generations of the Krüger family are now working with passion, dedication, courage, and creative ideas to put a smile on the faces of guests from near and far.

The Highest Standards for Maximum Comfort
Our hotels are inspected and rated every three years by DEHOGA as part of the Hotelstars classification system. The Landhotel Kristall is rated 3-star Superior, and the Hotel Lahnschleife is rated 4-star Superior. The Wildpark Hotel, Schlosshotel, and Parkhotel are rated 4-star. To maintain this high standard over the long term, we continuously improve not only our team but also our buildings and technical facilities.
Our Success Story
It all began in 1969, when Rainer Krüger founded his mechanical engineering company at the age of just 20. In addition to great entrepreneurial skill, he also demonstrated exceptional talent in developing construction projects right from the start. This led the mayor of Weilburg at the time, in the late 1990s, to recruit Rainer Krüger as an investor for a hotel project in Weilburg: the Hotel Lahnschleife. When, in 2002, the newly completed hotel lacked an operator, Krüger’s wife, Richarda Krüger, took over as managing director. The success story of Hogano GmbH began:
2002: Opening of the Hotel Lahnschleife in Weilburg
after just three years of construction, and the founding of Hotel Lahnschleife GmbH
2005: Reopening of the Schlosshotel Weilburg
following the acquisition, one-year renovation, remodeling, and expansion of the historic hotel building, which includes the town hall, and the founding of the tenant and operator company Schlosshotel Stadthalle Weilburg GmbH
2009: Reopening of the Wildpark Hotel in Bad Marienberg
following acquisition, a year of renovation, and expansion to include an additional floor and the revolving restaurant
2009: Founding of Hogano GmbH
and transfer of the two Weilburg hotels to this company. The shareholders of Hogano GmbH today are Rainer and Richarda Krüger, as well as their daughter Nadine Krüger. Rainer and Richarda Krüger are both managing directors with sole power of representation.
2015: Reopening of the Landhotel Kristall in Bad Marienberg
following acquisition, renovation, remodeling, and expansion to include a new wing with an elevator and additional rooms
2019: Opening of the newly built Parkhotel in Hachenburg
as a large and prestigious hotel on the grounds of the Burggarten in Hachenburg
