Your responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and plate high-quality dishes.
- Planning and Organization: From menu planning to mise en place—you’ll be part of the team right from the start.
- Product Knowledge: You’ll learn everything about ingredients, quality, and proper preparation.
- Hygiene and Cleanliness: Working to the highest standards—everything has its place in the kitchen.
- Teamwork: Together with experienced chefs, you’ll prepare culinary highlights for our guests.
Your strengths
a high school diploma—whether from a Hauptschule, a Realschule, or the Abitur
