Your responsibilities
- Ensure that operations run smoothly in the restaurant as well as in the banquet and conference services
- Discuss events such as conferences, weddings, and birthday parties with customers, prepare them thoroughly, and execute them with confidence
- In the service area: Create work schedules; order beverages and supplies
- Develop and coordinate seasonal offerings
- Lend a hand in the restaurant and serve guests: set menus, buffets, and à la carte
Your strengths
Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
Work experience in the hotel and restaurant industry
- Open-minded, friendly, with a knack for delighting guests and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic
