Every Tuesday: Themed Buffet
August is the time for chanterelles! This month, every Tuesday, enjoy the following at our dinner buffet in the 360° revolving restaurant:
- Wild mushroom tiramisu with port wine jelly
- Broad beans with a vegetable and chanterelle salsa
- Beef tataki with ponzu and toasted sesame seeds
- Mixed mushroom salad with seared leeks
- Sushi roll with surimi and avocado
You can also look forward to
- Chanterelle cream soup with herb croutons
- Salmon with orange and cilantro
- "Zurich-style" veal strips with sautéed chanterelles
- Dumplings filled with chanterelles and herb cream sauce
- Beet dumplings with creamy horseradish sauce and fresh spinach
At our live cooking station, we’re serving risotto with chanterelles, cherry tomatoes, sage, Parmesan, and pan-seared strips of corn-fed chicken breast.
And for a sweet finish:
- Lasagna with white and dark chocolate mousse
- Mascarpone cream with sour cherry ragout
- Cheese selection with grapes and fig mustard
